Ch-ch-ch-changes

I'm going to be messing around with some major changes to my template, so this could look really screwed up for a while.

Late Update: Decided to cut back on my original ambitions. Messing with CSS is still pretty new territory for me and even just getting the rollover/swapping image working was kicking my butt. As usual, once I had things basically working I had to do the usual tweeking to try to find a happy medium between IE and Safari. I was getting close and then the last tweek I did (which I don't even remember what it was exactly) is now outright crashing IE, but it was the final thing I needed to get the page the way I wanted it to look. Oh, well. Tomorrow is another day.
